Personal Growth and Training of our Employees We believe training to be a very important part of growing an individual's career. Training benefits the individual in allowing them to develop to their fullest potential. DeBruce Companies believes it is part of our responsibility to train our employees. This benefits not only the individual but also the Company.
Training is critical as our Company continues to grow. DeBruce Companies has doubled over the last three years, exceeding $5 billion in revenues in fiscal 2009. As we continue to grow, we simply must have employees trained/in training as we push our growth.
Training is done nearly every day. The training is done both formally and informally. We have developed standardized training that are incorporated at our facilities. Just as important is the informal training that occurs nearly every day. Here Merchandisers learn various skills that allow them to perform better and make better decisions.
Individuals are provided feedback daily. We want our employees to be the best. In order to be the best, it is very important that the individual know what they are doing well and where improvement is needed.
Our Company will continue to grow. We need talented energetic individuals that are willing to grow with the Company.
