Shenandoah was acquired in 2002. Shenandoah is located in Southwest Iowa approximately 30 miles east of Nebraska City. The Shenandoah complex includes Grain Elevator, Feed Mill, and Fertilizer Retail Operation.

The Grain Elevator has licensed capacity of 4.7 million bushels. Shenandoah facility handles primarily Corn and Soybeans. The Grain elevator provides grain to the Feed Mill for further processing, local sales and export to Mexico. The Grain Elevator has a rail track capacity of 54 cars for shipping and is served by the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.
